The main objective of the institute (RILIS) is to train young brains with value based professional skill set to every learning mind. At the same time, to assist every individuals with appropriate opportunity to make the best possible choices about life direction, career and education pathway, and to give international standard education in the field of library science for all students in order to prepare them for their life in 21st century.
We believe that education is not about mere imparting knowledge but more about opening the students mind to self-expression. It is our aim to help all students achieve a level of excellence in their chosen field. I wish all students a better career.
